1. Overview
- All orders are processed within 7 days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 14 business days
- Express Shipping: 7 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs inspections.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and you can track your shipping through PostNord.
- The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship to within Sweden through PostNord. To receive the product outside of Sweden, please contact us at support@mgsust.se
- International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please get in touch with us for the global shipping cost at support@mgsust.se
- Customs, duties, and taxes may be applied by your country’s customs office. MGeShop or MG Sustainable Engineering is not responsible for these charges.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team within 5 business day with photos of the package and items.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
