Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MGeShop. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the product and request a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The product is not a custom-made, personalized,

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Downloadable digital products or software.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking proof.
  • You can also drop off the product in person at MG Sustainable Engineering, Address S:t Olofsgatan 9B, 753 21 Uppsala, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
